Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an innovative Service Delivery Manager to manage the delivery of Oracle Financials application services into the customer in accordance with contracted service commitments & continual service improvements to quality standards. The successful candidate will ensure our clients delivery teams are delivering to defined standards and practices. The SDM will lead and manage remote teams to clear and unambiguous performance targets, provide direction & constant improvement to quality.
Requirements
Manage the delivery of Oracle Financials application services (EBS) into the customer in accordance with contracted service commitments & continual service improvements to quality standards
• Manage 3rd party suppliers on behalf of the customer
• Actively own and manage incidents on the service, potentially requiring out of hours support at times
• Actively own service risks, control service costs & improve productivity across the application estate for the customer to continually improve cost effectiveness
• Integration of services with ITIL roles including Change, Incident, Problem, Knowledge, and Release Management
• Manage Service Levels, ensuring that Key Process Indicators (KPIs) are continuously achieved and that all Fujitsu contractual responsibilities are delivered
• Accountable for forecasting and management of the customer account P&L (orders, revenue & margin)
• Support customer’s strategic planning
• Co-ordinate input from Delivery Leads into the Business Continuity Planning
• Proactively leads internal and external suppliers in a service partnership as ‘one service team’ to customers
