Role:
Our client is seeking a Product Owner to drive the ongoing evolution of our client’s software platforms, with a strong focus on product enhancements and close collaboration with engineering teams. This role will partner closely with business function owners to refine and prioritize requirements, maintain and evolve the product backlog, and ensure the delivery of high-quality features. The ideal candidate will emphasize product quality, execution excellence, and continuous improvement to deliver meaningful value to both the business and end users.
Responsibilities:
- Overall product strategy or long-term vision-setting.
- Ideation of new product lines or major roadmap direction.
- Competitive market analysis or positioning.
Requirements
- A degree and a minimum of 4 years’ experience gained in a fast-paced IT online e-commerce product delivery environment.
- Previous professional experience as a product Owner engaging with technical teams in the software industry with parallel tech project.
- Strong knowledge of online and e-commerce product delivery and the technologies, challenges and trends relevant to online
- Awareness of software delivery methodologies e.g. Agile / Sprint driven delivery
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and comfortable producing tech level documentation, workflows, diagrams, etc.
- Excellent time-management and delivery managements of projects and recourses
- Driven and self-motivated
- Collaborative; ability to develop strong relationships within company departments to show great teamwork.
- Confident, sociable and able to interact directly and autonomously with a wide variety of stakeholders.
