My client currently has a requirement for a Senior Product Manager to join their expanding team. The role can be remote from within Ireland.


The Product Manager – Core (Compliance, Customer Service, Fraud & Finance (F&F)) will be responsible for the Core development across multiple Product areas at the client. You will have an excellent understanding of  the customer, whilst working closely with the Senior Product Manager – Gaming & Core to gain a full view on the overall Core business strategy.

Responsibilities Including

· Define requirements to support delivery of the Core Product roadmap, across all core channels - Compliance, Customer Service, Fraud & Finance (F&F)

· Work with stakeholder groups and Product leadership team to define Product roadmaps aligned to business strategy and goals

· Using a range of product discovery techniques to identify customer problems and desires, converting them into solutions that improve customer sentiment and deliver business growth

· Champions the needs of customers and understands the importance of putting the customer at the heart of all decision making

· Be data-led, working with data, daily, liaising with internal BI teams to identify business growth opportunities and monitor performance of the Core product

· Work with UX and design teams throughout discovery and requirements definition phases, ensuring requirements are translated into wireframes, designs and prototypes, representing the customer and the business, as part of the review process

· Support the Product leadership team with the creation of business cases, to demonstrate the benefits of the Product roadmap, determine priority and measure subsequent level of success through predetermined KPIs

· Work with Technology teams to translate business needs into requirements, in the form of EPIC’s, Features and User Stories that can drive incremental delivery across the delivery pipeline



  • Experience in the Betting / Gaming industry, with an excellent understanding of its customers, is preferred
  • Experience of defining and delivering, customer (internal and external) facing Products
  • Understanding of various product discovery techniques to assess suitability of Product requirements at all levels
  • Must be proficient with the use of data to inform decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Experience of working with Agile software development practices and methodologies and a clear understanding of the benefit this has within an organisation
