Client:
Our client a leading Multinational Financial Organisation requires Contract Risk Support Lead for 11 month daily rate role based in the IFSC, Dublin 1, Ireland.
Role:
They require an experienced treasury & lending operations candidate with in-depth operational risk assessment & also a control design skillset .
Responsibility:
The person will take a lead role on RCSA, EBCE & IT&V initiatives, supporting managers within BAU Operations , carry out various process reviews, design & document controls, assist with complete gap analysis & closure. They will also be on point for internal testing of said processes & controls.
Skills and Experience:
Key elements of the role are:
- understanding Operations processes, associated risks and controls, to enable them to engage in RCSA lifecycles
- drafting questionnaire responses, control procedures and reviewing/updating walkthrough documents during RCSA engagement
- collating required population and sample data during control reviews
- assisting with identifying and remediating any gaps/inefficiencies in control design or performance
- engaging control partners when issues have been identified to determine whether corrective actions are required
