Client:
Our client a leading Multinational Insurance company requires a Contract Lead Security Network Operations Engineer for its Technology Hub for 6 month daily rate role based in South Dublin, Ireland.
Role:
You will have preferably 7-10 years of experience. Ideally, someone who transitioned from Engineer to Senior Engineer to Team Lead, so they can help with the triage function.
Experience:
This person will be responsible for managing a team.
The team is responsible for:
- Work triage
- Incident queue management
- Change queue management
- Resource allocation (who goes to what call, what meeting, etc.)
- Escalation management – handling all the issues that come in for prioritization
- Employee support – someone who can help our employees if they feel they need additional assistance
