Client

Our client is a global technology provider with offices based in South County Dublin.

Role:

The EMEA Logistics Coordinator will primarily focus on managing day to day RMA (returns material authorization) advance replacements and returns shipments for the Support Service Logistics function. The EMEA Logistics Coordinator should have customer support experience and must demonstrate and develop strong relationships across all supply chain functional organizations that includes - Logistics, Operations and Support. The ideal candidate will be a somewhat self-managed, customer oriented and proactive individual.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Sr. Manager on field Escalations Management.
  • Responsible for day-to-day decision making to ensure partners meet and achieve SLA (Service Level Agreement).
  • Act as regional point of contact for our client’s support and key business partners for questions regarding dispatches as they relate to parts and Field Engineers to customer sites.
  • Support Sr. Manager in working with vendors to conduct Root Cause Corrective Action results for logistics / field issues.
  • Engage in daily tactical communication with external vendors (Logistics Service Providers) and internal customers.
  • Analyze data from numerous databases (using internal systems, Excel, SQL and/or other data management systems) and perform reporting and analysis as needed.
  • Support Sr. Manager with publishing of performance metrics to assist with driving business results.
  • Quickly and efficiently understand the business impact of observed trends and make decisions based on available data.
  • Work with multiple stakeholder teams in the Supply Chain to jointly solve problems and implementing standards.
  • Work within time constraints to meet critical business needs.
  • Document best practices.
  • Customer oriented and has a pro-active attitude.

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Global Logistics.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Manage, prioritize and work well with cross functional organizations.
  • Enthusiastic and self-starter.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com, Service Now, SAP or equivalent enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Use of all Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
