Client

My client currently has a requirement for a Business Development Representative to join a rapidly expanding team based in Dublin.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Business Growth and deliver net new logo accounts
  • Working in our team, you will develop knowledge of the Irish marketplace and our solutions and use this to hold insightful conversations to discover where we can solve customer challenges.
  • You will build relevant stakeholder relationships with customers, partners to ensure co-selling opportunities are maximised.
  • Generate qualified leads and set sales appointments
  • Speak to our prospective customers and present the proposition, working alongside the Presales team.
  • Work with the Sales team to build our business development strategy
  • Building quality rich pipeline of opportunities through research and inbound marketing activity across multiple sectors in Ireland
  • Forecast accurately and help to achieve sales targets
  • Plan and execute outreach campaigns around solutions to entice prospective clients to engage with the Business development team
  • Working on RFT's with the business development team and taking opportunity ownership of identified deals.
  • Following up on marketing leads and continually tracking the leads to closure
  • Generating account and market intelligence within the specified sector
  • Working with the bid team on the sales process and opportunity ownership
  • Working with sales operations on lead input and tracking
  • Reviewing the go to market plan and how we can adapt it to the Irish market
  • Achieving target quota

Experience

  • Experience in a technology services sales
  • Business development experience in a corporate technology environment desirable
  • Proven track record of accomplishments and overachievement of goals in professional and/or personal settings.
  • An interest in Digital technologies
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, you will naturally be a self-starter with the ability to work as part of a team or on your own.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ambitious, confident, and enthusiastic
  • Have a growth mindset and are committed to continuous learning.
